The project is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, on the south side of a 12m wide street, between 3 old residential buildings, with a fantastic view of “Alborz” mountains, northern Tehran, Pasdaran St., Hossein Abad

Program:

An eight story custom design apartment building, 2600m2 ,four duplex and one flat apartment units, with 4 bed rooms and one suite, inside each of the units as a private office, ground floor and both basements are used for parking, utility rooms, pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym and snooker room.
