The project is located in a recreational complex on the shores of Caspian sea, on a forest like setting. Northern Iran, Mazandaran province, near the city of Mahmoodabad, Akamshahr

Program:

Interior Design and Renovation of 2 bedroom, 220m2, 30 year old villa, located in a 700 m2 green lot.

Systems:

- Structure: Concrete frame work, clay roof tiles

- Architecture: Existing solid block walls, Marmarite stone tile flooring, wood paneled and painted walls and washed cement plaster for the exterior facades

- Utility: Hydronic system with package units, radiators for heating and room air- conditioner with ceiling fans for cooling
