The project is located in a low-rise recreational in a new suburb city. With 20km distance from Shiraz city in Fars province in Iran.

Program:

Design and build a villa to use for the vacation time. Interior Design and Renovation of 2 bedroom, 220m², 30 year old villa, located in a 700 m² green lot.

Systems:

- Structure:   Steel frame work with concrete slabs.

-  Architecture:   Exterior includes: Brick veneer, exposed concrete and curtain wall system. Interior includes: Marble tile flooring, wood flooring for bedrooms, wood paneled and painted walls

- Utility:   Hydronic system with package units, radiators for heating and room air-conditioner with ceiling fans for cooling
