Site:

The project is located in an industrial atmosphere, in a landscaped ground with the mosque and office building, far from the production line. Western Iran, Hamedan province, 15km from Nahavand township

Program:

2000m2, two stories restaurant and guesthouse, include:
First floor: entrance hall, refectory hall, kitchen, storages and refrigerating rooms
Second floor: a guesthouse with 4 suites, dining and living rooms

Systems:

- Structure: Braced steel frame work in one direction and moment resisting frame in the other, standard rolled shapes and plate girders for beams, H section for columns, composite slabs for roof decks

- Architecture: Cavity block walls and dry wall system, Marmarite stone tile flooring, combination of light brown Travertine tiles and curtain wall at entrance and refectory halls, painted walls, combination of special dark and light brown Travertine tiles for the exterior facades

- Utility: Central Hydronic heating system including converters and radiators. Due to cold climate the building doesn’t need a cooling system.
