Site:

The project is located in an industrial atmosphere, in a landscaped ground with the mosque, restaurant, and guesthouse and far from the production line. Northern Iran, Tehran province, 10km from Firouzkooh city

Program:

A three story building, 2000m2, with different size rooms and open space offices in each floor, management department and conference room are located in the top floor

Systems:

- Structure: Braced steel frame in one direction, moment resisting frame in the other, standard rolled shapes and plate girders for beams, H section for columns, composite slabs for roof decks
- Architecture: Cavity block walls and dry wall system, Marmarite stone tile flooring, light brown travertine tiles with glass curtain wall in the lobby, painted walls , acoustic ceiling tiles, combination of special dark and light brown travertine tiles for the exterior facades
- Utility: Central Hydronics heating system including converters and radiators, due to cold climate the building doesn’t need a cooling system
