Site:

The project is located in the middle of the cement plant production line, in a heavily industrial atmosphere, northern Iran, Tehran province, 10km from Firouzkooh township

Program:

2000m2, four stories building for controlling and monitoring the complete cement production process, include:
Basement: utilities, technical workshops and storages
First floor: physics and chemistry labs, X-ray room and electronic laboratory Second floor: rooms for different technical managers and technical archives Third floor: main control room, engineering station and related facilities

Systems:

- Structure: Braced steel frame work in both direction, moment resisting frame in top floor, standard rolled shapes and plate girders for beams, “HSS” box section for columns, composite slabs for roof decks

- Architecture: Cavity block wall and dry wall system, acoustic ceiling tiles, Marmarite stone tile flooring and combination of special brown Travertine stone tiles with Aluminum sheets for the exterior facades

- Utility: Central cooling and heating system including water Chiller + boiler, with fan- coil units and duct mounted distribution system
