Description:

The project’s design is based on the following significant points:
1) The main idea of planning and design is inspired by the philosophy of Persian gardens;
2) There are three zone of activates in the project:
a) Guesthouse, recreation and sports zone,
b) Multifamily townhouses zone, formed based on the structure of the historical residential neighborhoods in Iran with attention to contemporary life style.
c) Parks and entertainment zone formed by a geometrical grid of walkways, laminar and steady flow of water and lemon and sour orange trees.
3) Whole site is surrounded by Palm trees that act as a green wall

Site:

The project is located in an agricultural region with mild weather. at the bottom of a hill, The western area of 20 hectares of land is used to build 40 townhouses, guesthouse, recreation center, sports facilities, and a park. Fars province, 20km from Darab township

Program:

The project include: Forty units of townhouses in four types, a guesthouse, recreation center, sport facilities, green zone and parks.
