The office is in the first floor of an old building, within a residential neighbourhood, close to the Ferdowsi University in Mashhad. The building is on the north side of a 16m wide street, between 2 old residential buildings at corner of “Asrar st. and Daneshgah st.”
Program:

Interior design, renovation and alteration of the 2 existing apartments and change them to one office unit for the Shargh Cement Factory’s managing director. In this building there are 2 other stories which use as the company’s guest house in the city. The units contain board room, entrance hall, reception area, work shop and two office rooms.
Systems:

- Structure: Steel frame work with concert deck

- Architecture: Combination of red Cedar wood panels, wall paper and hard wood flooring.

- Utility: DX coil handling units with central heating Hydronics system (bowler) with radiators.
