The project is located in the middle of the cement plant production line, in a heavily industrial atmosphere, in desert environment, southern Iran, Fars province, 20km from Darab city
Program:

2200m2, four stories building, for controlling and monitoring the complete cement production process, include:
Basement: utilities, technical workshops, storages
First floor: physics and chemistry labs, X-ray room and electronic laboratory and technical archives
Second floor: main control room, engineering station, rooms for different technical managers
Systems:

- Structure: Concrete frame work with concrete deck

- Architecture: Cavity block walls and dry wall system, acoustic ceiling tiles, Marmarite stone tile flooring, combination of light and dark brown Travertine for the exterior facades

- Utility: Central cooling and heating system including water Chiller + boiler, with fan- coil units and duct mounted distribution system
