The project is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the south side of a 12m wide street with a heavy easterly slope, between 3 old residential buildings, with a fantastic view of the Alborz mountains. Northern Tehran, Shariati Ave., Soheil St
Program:

A six story mid-rise custom design apartment building, 2000 m2, with 7 apartment units, Three units with 5 bed rooms in the upper three floors and four units with 2 bedrooms
in the first and second floor. Basement is used for parking, utility room and storages.
Systems:

- Structure: Braced steel frame in one direction, moment resisting frame in the other, standard rolled shapes for beams and concrete deck

- Architecture: Cavity block walls, 900*400mm cream Marmarite stone tiles and hard wood flooring, wallpapered and painted walls, washed cement plaster with cultural stone for the exterior facade

- Utility: Central cooling and heating system including water Chiller + boiler, with fan- coil units.
