The project is located in the middle of the fifth cement plant production line, in a heavily industrial atmosphere. Northern Iran, next to the capital, Tehran
Program:

1100m2, four stories building, for controlling and monitoring the complete cement production process, include:
Basement: technical workshops, storages
First and second floor: office department with open space workshop
Third floor: main control room, engineering station and their facilities
Systems:

- Structure: Moment resisting steel frame in both direction, standard rolled shapes and plate girders for beams, “HSS” box section for columns, composite slabs for roof decks

- Architecture: Dry wall system implementation , Marmarite stone tile flooring, painted walls, Aluminum composite panels for exterior facades

- Utility: Central cooling and heating system (build multi system) including evaporators and condensers
