| HAMID ERFANIAN | MAIBC, MRAIC, LEED AP, CCCA, MArch |
HAMID is the principal and founder of ARCHOTEC. He is a registered architect Both in Canada and Iran with more than 14 years professional experience. He received his master’s degree in Architecture in 1994 with honourable mention for outstanding Thesis by the dean of faculty and "Iranian Culture Heritage Organization". Through the ensuing years he was responsible for the design and management of many types of projects from Villas to Industrial Park Plants. His achievements include receiving some national and international recognition. His implemented designs add up to more than 1000 hectares of site and over 300’000 square meters of building space.
